**After an initial assessment, OT Treatment sessions may be booked.** Sessions will be based on either the care plan created during your initial session or whatever is on your heart and mind that day. I'm flexible and want you to get the most out of our session together so that you will leave feeling more clarity, balance, insight, compassion and equipped with the tools you need to support your mental health and wellbeing. I use a combination of treatment approaches which include: ACT, CBT, habit and routine exploration and adaptation, graded exposure, pacing and activity modifications, exploration of sensory preferences and nervous system support, mindfulness techniques, self-compassion, and more.
