Sandra first fell in love with anatomy in high school when she took a kinesiology class. After pursuing an undergraduate degree in neuroscience and discovering anatomy in a new way, she spent many hours in yoga teacher trainings to deepen her understanding of how the body moves. Finally finding herself in massage therapy school, she knew this was the integration of all of her passions.W

hen receiving a treatment from Sandra, you can expect a detailed assessment during the first appointment to determine the best treatment course to address your needs. Her treatments include a mixture of traditional (Swedish) and non-traditional massage techniques including joint mobilizations, remedial exercises, and education/home care strategies. As a high-energy person, Sandra's treatments tend to be more on the active side, although you'll still leave with that post-massage "aahhhh" blissful feeling.
