Throughout her career, Nicole has had the privilege of journeying with thousands of clients; many of whom are sensitive mothers, helpers or both and is continually in awe of the incredible power of the human spirit to overcome adversity and thrive with the right support. Nicole’s mission is to ensure you feel seen, heard and validated while equipping you with mind/body practices to use at home and work. Using a client-centred, strengths-based and trauma informed approach, she acts as both a compassionate witness and coach as you work towards your goals and the life you desire.
Nicole has contributed articles to the Gottman Institute Blog, the Psychotherapy Networker and Post Partum Support International. A graduate of Leadership Waterloo Region and a Woman of Distinction recipient, Nicole has extensive training and experience in gender-based violence and has taken specialized courses on perinatal and maternal mental health and loss. Nicole loves walking, reading memoirs, writing, being in or near water and laughing with her husband and teens. She has a passion for lifelong learning, equity and uplifting others. She is dedicated to examining her privilege and unconscious bias and decolonizing her practice.
