Rhonda has a unique approach to help her clients feel their best by combining physiotherapy and fitness/strength training. Her services are ideal for women who are experiencing pain, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis and/or would appreciate individualized guidance with exercise during pre/post pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.



Physiotherapy Assessment
(initital)
$130 (60 min)
Includes a thorough history and movement-based exam. Based on your assessment findings and goals, we will develop a treatment plan to help decrease symptoms, build strength and prevent future injuries.
Physiotherapy
(follow-up)
$110 (30 min)
Your appointment may include pain/symptom management strategies, exercise-based therapy (bodyweight and dumbbell exercises), mobility exercises, pelvic floor strengthening and relaxation exercises, acupuncture. Progress is monitored on an on-going basis and adjustments will be made each session to reach your unique health and fitness goals.
