Jess graduated from the Masters of Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto in 2019, and has been practicing as a physiotherapist in the KW community since. While studying physiotherapy Jess discovered her passion for pelvic health and began pursuing specialization in this area. It is her mission to empower her clients with the tools and support they need to take control of their pelvic health.
Jess practiced both orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapy for years, and has stepped into a new chapter in her career as an exclusively pelvic health practitioner since her return from maternity leave in September 2024. She is highly trained in female and male pelvic health having completed additional training in pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy and more. She has experienced the power of pelvic physiotherapy first hand in her own pelvic pain journey, and in her own birth preparation and recovery process. She believes that pelvic physiotherapy truly changes lives and considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients on their journeys to better health.
Jess loves spending time with her son Ezra and her husband Tim. She loves sunshine, working out at home, trying new coffee shops, eating good food and exploring new places.
